Doctor Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

To use the Dr.Ayush professional services, the doctor must hold an active and valid medical registration, license, or equivalent authorization under the applicable laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction. By creating an account, the doctor confirms that submitted credentials are accurate, complete, and current.

Dr.Ayush may request verification documents at onboarding or at any later point to maintain a secure and compliant network. Access to selected features may remain restricted until required verification is successfully completed. Where laws require, registration details may be cross-checked with public or recognized professional registries.

Eligibility Conditions Include

• The doctor is legally authorized to provide the stated scope of medical services.
• The doctor is responsible for keeping credentials, specialty details, and contact information updated.
• No ongoing legal or regulatory restriction exists that prohibits platform participation.
• Where required, the doctor has completed mandatory training for digital consultation or telehealth usage.

If eligibility criteria are not met, Dr.Ayush may delay, deny, suspend, or terminate account access. Any approval made by the platform does not replace statutory licensing obligations. The doctor remains solely responsible for maintaining eligibility at all times.

2. Services Scope

Dr.Ayush provides digital infrastructure that may include profile hosting, appointment workflow support, communication tools, records facilitation, and related professional enablement modules. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, the platform acts as a technology facilitator, not as an employer, business partner, insurer, or guarantor of patient outcomes.

The doctor determines clinical decisions independently and remains accountable for diagnosis, treatment recommendations, documentation quality, and compliance with ethical and legal duties. Platform-provided templates, suggestions, and automation aids are supportive tools and must be reviewed using professional judgment.

Service Boundary Clarifications

• Dr.Ayush does not practice medicine and does not issue medical advice in place of the doctor.
• The doctor is responsible for local law compliance concerning telemedicine or remote consultation.
• Platform uptime and feature availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, third-party dependencies, or legal restrictions.
• Optional integrations may be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy practices.

Features may evolve over time, and Dr.Ayush may modify, add, or discontinue services to improve reliability, safety, compliance, or operational quality. Material changes affecting legal obligations should be communicated through platform notices or registered contact channels.

3. Fees & Payments

Certain platform services may be subject to subscription fees, usage charges, transaction fees, or onboarding charges as specified in the relevant pricing plan or contract. By using paid features, the doctor agrees to the applicable fee schedule and payment cycle communicated at enrollment.

Payments must be made through approved methods within the specified due date. Delayed or failed payment may result in restricted feature access, service suspension, or account review. Unless otherwise provided by law or contract, fees already accrued are non-refundable.

Billing Principles

• All charges are exclusive of statutory taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The doctor is responsible for tax compliance associated with professional earnings and platform usage.
• Promotional pricing, trials, or discount windows may be revised or withdrawn as per stated timelines.
• Disputed billing items should be reported to support within the communicated dispute period.

Dr.Ayush may issue invoices, receipts, and fee summaries electronically. Acceptance of digital records for accounting or legal purposes remains subject to local laws and the doctor’s own compliance obligations.

4. Professional Conduct

The doctor agrees to maintain professional ethics, patient dignity, and lawful standards of care while using Dr.Ayush services. Conduct must align with applicable medical council guidance, institutional protocols, and telemedicine regulations where relevant.

The doctor must ensure that profile details, qualifications, consultation records, and patient communications are factual, respectful, and non-misleading. Any form of abusive behavior, discriminatory conduct, fraudulent representation, or unauthorized disclosure of confidential data is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account access credentials with unauthorized persons.
• Uploading content that infringes rights, violates law, or compromises patient confidentiality.
• Misusing platform messaging for spam, harassment, or unapproved commercial solicitations.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, reverse engineer critical systems, or disrupt service integrity.

Repeated or serious professional conduct violations may trigger immediate access restrictions. Where required by law or policy, Dr.Ayush may preserve records and cooperate with regulatory or lawful authority requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform software, interface design, branding, workflows, documentation, and related technology remain owned by Dr.Ayush or its licensors, except content lawfully owned by the doctor. Access to services grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use features for legitimate professional activity.

The doctor retains ownership of original professional content uploaded by them, subject to rights needed by Dr.Ayush to host, process, display, transmit, and secure that content in order to operate the service. Such rights are used only for platform functioning, legal compliance, quality operations, and user-requested workflows.

Intellectual Property Commitments

• No unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of proprietary platform materials.
• No use of Dr.Ayush trademarks without prior written consent, except fair nominative reference.
• The doctor warrants that submitted content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Any feedback shared may be used to improve services without creating payment obligations unless agreed separately.

Intellectual property concerns can be escalated through legal support channels listed on this page. Dr.Ayush may disable or remove allegedly infringing content pending review.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr.Ayush provides services on an “as available” and “as updated” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, absolute error-free operation, or specific commercial results. The platform is a facilitation layer and does not assume clinical responsibility for independent medical decisions.

Dr.Ayush shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to reputational harm, loss of opportunity, or data disruptions caused by factors outside reasonable control. Liability, where it exists, may be limited to fees paid for relevant services during a defined preceding period, subject to law.

Important Risk Notes

• The doctor is responsible for secure endpoint usage, including device protection and credential confidentiality.
• Network instability, force majeure events, or third-party outages can affect service continuity.
• Clinical decisions must not rely solely on automated prompts without professional verification.
• Some jurisdictions may not allow full exclusion of specific liabilities; local law controls where applicable.

Nothing in this section limits liabilities that cannot be lawfully excluded, including obligations expressly imposed by mandatory consumer, data, or professional regulation.

7. Termination

The doctor may request account closure in accordance with platform procedures and applicable record-retention obligations. Dr.Ayush may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unresolved compliance issues, payment default, security risk, unlawful activity, or where continued service is operationally or legally impractical.

Upon termination, the doctor’s right to use platform features ceases except where limited post-termination access is explicitly provided for data export, dispute handling, or legal compliance. Relevant records may be retained for statutory periods, audit support, and legitimate legal defense.

Effects of Termination

• Outstanding dues remain payable unless waived in writing by authorized representatives.
• Surviving clauses may include confidentiality, liability, governing law, and dispute-related terms.
• Previously granted licenses automatically end except those required for retained legal records.
• Re-onboarding after termination is subject to review and may require fresh verification.

Termination actions are taken with patient safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, and professional fairness considerations in view.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws specified in the doctor’s service agreement or, where not stated, by the default governing law policy published by Dr.Ayush for the applicable service region. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding shall follow designated jurisdiction and dispute-resolution procedures.

Parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through notified legal support channels. If unresolved, disputes may proceed through competent courts or agreed arbitration forums, as applicable. Emergency legal relief may be sought in urgent scenarios involving confidentiality, safety, or intellectual property protection.

Interpretation Notes

• If any clause is held invalid, remaining clauses continue to apply to the fullest extent legally permissible.
• Failure to enforce any provision immediately does not waive future enforcement rights.
• Updated terms become effective from published date unless a different effective date is expressly communicated.

Doctors should periodically review the current version to stay aligned with legal and operational changes.
